‘A SUNSET PATROL FLIGHT IN A TIGER MOTH’ FLYING OVER THE NORTH DEVON BEACHES USED BY THE AMERICAN FORCES PRIOR TO ‘D’ DAY
A wonderful opportunity to take to the air in a Vintage Tiger Moth for your ‘Sunset Patrol’ flight over the North Devon Beaches used by the American Forces prior to ‘D’ DAY. These aircraft were used during World War 11 by the Royal Air Force to train its pilots to eventually go on to fly Spitfires and Hurricanes. For flying enthusiasts or absolute beginners, there is no greater thrill than flying in the open cockpit of a Tiger Moth.
