To visit Eaglescott, PRIOR PERMISSION is REQUIRED (PPR) by telephone 01769 520 404 between 08.00 and 09.00 or by email on Friday evenings.
As the Clubhouse may not be manned when you visit, please ensure that you bring an envelope with you in which to place your landing fee. Write your name, A/C type, A/C Reg, Airfield from and onward destination on the envelope and post it through the Clubroom letterbox (groundside door). NO FOOD OR DRINKS AVAILABLE.

If you wish to fly in on Weekdays you may telephone 01769 520 404 between 08.30 and 09.00 however if no contact is made, then the airfield is closed and you may not land.
THE AIRFIELD IS OPEN TO VISITORS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER MONTHS.
The minimum fee to use the Airfield as a DAY MEMBER is £10 on Saturdays and Sundays.
The minimum fee to use the Airfield as a DAY MEMBER is £20 on Monday to Friday.
Weekday Landing fee £20 for Gyro’s, Light Helicopters, Microlights and all Light Single Engine Piston Aircraft and Twins..
Landing fee reduced to only £10 at weekends during the season.
The Airfield operating hours are from 0800 to 2100 local.
The Devon Air Ambulance is based at Eaglescott, callsign Helimed. The Air Ambulance always has priority when departing the airfield, as it will be on an emergency call.
On hearing the Air Ambulance, if you are on base or final, continue to land. If in the overhead or downwind, please orbit until the Air Ambulance has departed.
Arrival procedures
Make a standard overhead join at 2000′ QFE, left hand circuits. Airfield elevation is 655′ AMSL.
